In-Heat Wheat [Flying Dog]:

This German-Style Hefe is great with complementing (fruitiness) or contrasting (seafood spices like Old Bay) flavors. Flavor notes: Banana and clove notes Pairs with: Seafood; chicken; tomato or carrot soup; tangy cheeses like Feta, Swiss, and Chevre; fruit salads 4.7% ABV

Great lakes Dortmunder Gold:

Handcrafted, golden lager not as dry as a pilsner or as malty as a Munich-style lager, this lager is a balanced beer named after Dortmund, Germany, the city where Dortmunder style originated. This beer is traditionally brewed from all natural ingredients, keeping with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. 5.8% ABV

Hacker-Pschorr [Hacker-Pschorr Bräu GmbH]:

100% natural. Brewed with pure spring water, Hacker-Pschorr's centuries-old, exclusive yeast strain, Hallertau hops and 60% malted wheat and 40% malted barley. 5.5% ABV

Dead Guy Ale [Rogue]:

In the style of a German Maibock, using their proprietary Pacman ale yeast. Deep honey in color with a malty aroma and a rich hearty flavor. “Who cares how time advances? I am drinking ale today." - Edgar Allan Poe 6.6% ABV

Yellow Snow IPA [Rogue]:

Pale golden in color with a hoppy fruity aroma. Big hop flavor up front complemented by medium body and hoppiness mid-pallet. Finishes with a characteristic lingering bitterness.

Bell's Two Hearted Ale:

The Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale. 7.0% ABV

La Rossa [Birra Moretti]:

A double malt beer produced using 100% high quality barley malt. This gives it a full, caramelised malt flavor and an intense aroma of roasted malt. Its distinctive amber color originates from the type of malt used when brewing, a special malt which is dried and roasted. 7.2% ABV

Dirty Bastard [Founders]:

So good it's almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain't for the wee lads. 8.5% ABV

Oaked Arrogant Bastard:

Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout [North Coast]:

Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia's Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It's a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. 9.0% ABV
